Taryn moved to Asheville in 2007 to raise her two beautiful children and enjoy the quality of life that Asheville has to offer. During the down economy, Taryn found it difficult to find a career that would offer her the flexibility that her family needed, and so she decided go out on her own with an entrepreneurial spirit and launched Geaux Girl Concierge in February 2010.

A graduate of the University of Louisville, Taryn has served as Director of Development for the Maryland Film Festival and has worked in the retail and hospitality industries. Her many talents include: building relationships, event planning, fund raising, organizing, paying attention to detail and identifying talent and resources in her community.

During her spare time, Taryn enjoys relaxing with family and friends, gardening, networking and attending church at Trinity Episcopal.

Deborah
Deborah Styles Kane
Operations Manager

As a native of Asheville, Deborah is no stranger to Western North Carolina and has witnessed the growth over the years. After graduating from AB Tech with a degree in Office Technology and Data Processing, she worked various office administrative positions before entering a successful career in the fashion industry. Since leaving that profession she continued to build her business skills working in corporate offices as an Executive Assistant, Human Resources Manager and Recruiter.

In 1999, Deborah and her husband of 18 years, Adam, started their own telecommunications company here in Asheville. She managed all office matters, employees and all regulatory reporting until the business closed in June 2010.

Deborah’s many great strengths include: organization, event planning, fundraising and animal compassion. She has been pet sitting and house sitting for over a decade, offering client’s peace of mind while they are away.

Deborah has been an active member of the Junior League of Asheville since 2001, where she has held positions on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. In her spare, time she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, camping and volunteering at church.
